These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeilNexus platform and services (the "Service") provided by VeilNexus ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VeilNexus provides an autonomous investment intelligence platform that generates conviction-weighted research theses on public equities using a multi-agent research system. The Service includes access to research agent outputs, corporate network mapping, SEC filing intelligence, portfolio strategy tools, and related features depending on your subscription tier.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through VeilNexus constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Research theses, conviction scores, and agent outputs are generated by autonomous systems and should not be the sole basis for any investment decision.
You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk. VeilNexus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Past performance of any thesis or conviction score does not indicate future results.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Free Tier. Provides limited daily access to the research system at no cost. We reserve the right to modify the number of daily theses available on the Free tier.
Paid Tiers (Pro, Terminal, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing cycle.

All content, research methodologies, agent architectures, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with VeilNexus are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Research theses generated through your use of the Service are provided for your personal use. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be used by VeilNexus to improve the Service and inform internal research activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
